Are 7Artisans lenses compatible with my camera body?
We offer lenses for various mounts including Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, Canon EF-M/RF, and Nikon Z. Please check the specific mount type in the product description to ensure compatibility with your camera system.
Do these lenses support autofocus?
Most 7Artisans lenses are manual focus only to provide a tactile, vintage shooting experience and high-quality optics at an affordable price. However, we have recently introduced select autofocus models; please refer to the 'Specifications' section of each product.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue to initiate a replacement or full refund.
Do I need an adapter to use these lenses?
If you purchase the lens with the native mount matching your camera (e.g., a Fuji X-mount lens for a Fuji camera), no adapter is required. If you are using our Leica M-mount lenses on mirrorless bodies, a mount adapter will be necessary.
